Nyle and Elizabeth were a true asset to the company and made my stay spectacular. Would come back to stay whenever I’m in town lizzie and Nyle deserve a huge pay rise. Security Shaz and Aqueeb was amazing sorting out people in the events over the weekend

Especially salesman Muj who i dealt with, wasnt pushy or trying to over sell the vehicle to me couldnt not of wished for a better salesman a credit to the company! The final hand over was dealt with simon as muj was with another company another fantastic salesman aswell asnswered any queries i had! Both a fantastic credit to the company highly recommended!!!! Nice hotel, shame no sleep
The hotel was and room was lovely. Good value for money.
Our stay was spoilt due to the noise overnight. some people in the next room were having a blazing row most the night, stomping along the corridor, slamming doors, shouting and crying, so we didnt get hardly any sleep. Not the hotels fault, but we were looking forward to a restful night, which sadly we didnt get.

The shower did not drain properly so caused a flood in the room, reported to staff but they said it was normal. Overpriced room service delivered in cheap takeaway tubs with plastic cutlery

No reception staff. Chaotic front desk. Many folk in lanyards chatting but not much interaction with customers. No hotel information in room, just promotions
