I went to THECARCO in Bury and was introduced to Sam who realised straight away how important this purchase was for me as I only change my car every 10 years+.
He had the patience of a saint, straight away I was made to feel at ease, he was courteous, understanding and very professional. Sam was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to provide me with everything I wanted to make my purchase special. When I collected the car I was overwhelmed, it was perfect for me, even down to transferring my cherished plate.
The car needed to go into the service center to have a minor fault repaired, where I met Graham, he was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. He rectified the problem promptly and provided us with a courtesy car which was so much appreciated.
