Lovely hotel, very helpful friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was lovely and very reasonably priced. Only downside was that the walls in the room were very thin meaning we could hear everything next door.

Just got back from a wonderful afternoon with friends at Oscars restaurant where we had a fantastic champagne afternoon tea. The food was wonderful the price was good and the service was excellent. I have eaten afternoontea in many places including Betties of Harrogate and this was as good as any and better value than most. Thanks to all.

My friend recently got married here.
It was absolutely beautiful.
The food was brilliant and the rooms were lovely.
The breakfast was tasty in the morning too!
I come here often for meals with my family and we all love it.

Great place for a meal, a wedding or a stay.

Lovely hotel but the walls are very thin, so thin that you can hear what people are saying in the next room. The bathroom fans are a bit noisy too and go on for quite sometime. So if you want a lie in, in the morning, it isn't going to happen. As you can hear the shower, the fan, talking and everything else that goes on in the adjacent room. Other than that, a lovely hotel, in a lovely location, with beautiful views.

Lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. Beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Spectacular countryside views! The only fault is that the walls are thin and you can hear other guests talking and the showers are very loud. So if your enjoying a late night drink or 2 at the bar, just be aware that it's an early start the next day.

A huge big thank you to all staff at the Red Hall Hotel.
We attended my nephews wedding here on 2nd April 2016, and my oh my do they do weddings well 😃 Everything was super, attention to detail, Food excellent, smooth processes, fab receptionist who worked hard with house keeping to get rooms available as early as poss. All staff were helpful and polite, and even though worked late on the wedding night, remained smiley and efficient at breakfast the next morning, lovely brekkie too. Rooms were good, clean and well presented. Hats off to everyone, well done Warren & the team. Even officiant was warm and welcoming and added humour, you could tell they work well together with the hotel. Thank you one and all for providing a day full of memories to treasure 😃

We stayed here for the night when dinning locally. This is pretty impressive, to room was very modern and ticked all the boxes. I agree with a previous review about the noise, there was a wedding when we were there, surprisingly the noise came the next morning but it wasn't that bad.
We paid £45 for room only which was a bargain.
I have no problem recommending the red hall but if you want a relaxing night and a lay in maybe check if there are any weddings on.
We decided to pay extra for our breakfast which was £12 but it was the best breakfast we have ever had.

No booking necessary (it was a Monday, not a weekend). Lots of parking, including disabled parking very near to front entrance. Very restful, comfortable dining area. Service was good, drinks order taken as soon as we were settled at our table. Not a huge menu but excellent options. The soup, tomato, was delicious. The main courses chosen were sea bass and tortellini, neither could be faulted. A really enjoyable meal at a very good price, especially considering the quality of the food. ( under £36.00 for us both). The staff were attentive but not 'in your face'. Overall a very enjoyable experience which will be repeated!

What an absolute gem of a place. Having lived in the area for many years I had only heard good reports about this hotel.
Last year I relocated to Cornwall and in returning to visit family and friend I decided to choose the Red Hall for my accommodation.
I have owned my own my own business for many years and realise the importance of good customer service.I was absolutely blown away with the service I received here.
My room was spacious, spotless and worth every penny.
The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It was a visit I won't forget.
I would like to say a massive thank you to all staff but in particular the house keepers and house manager for looking after me and making sure I had a comfortable stay.
Thank you to Pepe for the loan of his lighter and cheering me up with his smile. Thank you to Carla, Stacey, Lydia, Daniel, Danielle, Matthew and the reception ladies. You all know what you did for me and I sincerely thank you all.
I recently have had a rough time with health and I am so grateful to you all for everything you did for me. The staff here are credit to this establishment. I just hope the management and owners realise how wonderful their staff are and are treated as well as they treated me.
See you soon. I will be booking in as soon as I return to Lancashire.
