We are very happy with the new front door! The surveyor was very accommodating as I hate plastic trims, so the door was maximised to eliminate some of the trims that were there currently. The range of doors available from Fortis is comprehensive and covers various door constructions. We opted for an Endurance door - solid timber with plastic outer. From ordering to fitting was approx 9 weeks. Fitters arrived at the time stated. The fitting was very comprehensive, they relocated my doorbell wiring and video doorbell for me as it couldn't be located on the new frame. The fitters informed me they could fit it with no internal beading. The door genuinely looks like it was never changed. Time will tell regarding the longevity of the door and how it withstands warmer temperatures but so far so good!

Very impressed with the professional, friendly work of the Fortis windows team. It was only a single bathroom window replacement but with older style glass. Fortis were able successfully to source the glass which was very pleasing. From the initial survey by Graham to the fitting by Dave, everything was handled smoothly. They both arrived on time too, phoning ahead - so no waiting around wondering if someone would turn up. Fitting was quick and efficient, clean and tidy. Excellent job. Based on this experience I would use Fortis windows in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

Highly recommend these guys. After being messed about by another window company. I called Fortis regarding a special order door I wanted. I'd already waited 5 months with previous company with no progress or updates on when I'd get it. Fortis had the door ordered and installed within roughly 4 weeks which was brilliant! And the level of professionalism from start to finish was unmatched. They have been a dream to deal with. Super polite and no issues whatsoever. Just wish I'd found them sooner. Will absolutely use them again for any future work required. Thanks very much to all the team.

The Fortis team were very efficient in handling our original enquiry and arrived promptly at the time stated to assess the problem with broken hinges on a large upper floor window. They then arranged a follow-up appointment at short notice as the remedial work required 2 people to complete the repair.
All work completed promptly with the work area being left tidy.
Would recommend this company for future quotations for door and window work.
