Got in touch with Gary through ratedpeople.com and he got back to me within minutes of the enquiry! They came to assess our drains and confirmed our suspicions of a broken soil pipe and waste water pipe using a CCTV survey.
After receiving a very reasonable quote to complete the removal of old broken pipes and re route the water pipe they came the next week to do the job which was great as we needed the job doing ASAP!
Kyle and Gary did the job within a day and considering it was God awful weather they did really well! Digging up the back yard getting rid of the old pipes and replacing with new ones, they were efficient worked quickly and communication was great throughout the entire process. They had to come back a few days later to finish the concreting as the rain was too bad to finish on the day but it's all done and we are super happy with it! No more problems.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issue with drains they are professional and they are quick at responding and coming to do the job. Very glad we chose Excel drainage!
