Large unwelcoming building, and lots of barking dogs, groomer/s, very pleasant, wasn't impressed with the time it took to groom my two cocker spaniels, my previous groomer would do them in two/two and a half hours, unfortunately She moved out of district. Hence my change to Stay n play, I wouldn't say they did quite as good a job, but they both look so much better, and must feel better in themselves.

I booked a collection with the lovely Heather yesterday who was really helpful with pricing and an estimate. After agreeing the price, she booked me in for a collection today. The lads arrived exactly when they said they would and even rang me 15 mins before their arrival to tell me they were on their way. They removed everything that I had asked them too, left the area clean and tidy and worked in a professional manner. Lovely and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Kind, polite and with lovely manners. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for a 5 star service!
