DTE IT Support, Bury

I would like to share my experience with working with Matthew from DTE IT Support. I initially ordered Office 365 Support as I wanted to move my e-mails to the cloud. At the same time other issues have arisen and I asked Matthew Madden to help me sort them out. I was truly amazed when I got response to every call and I got help very quickly and immediately after I requested help. Matthew explained everything, he wasn’t annoyed with my silly questions about IT stuff and with an angel patience sorted out all IT issues for my company. He did much more than I asked for – he gave me a fantastic bespoke service and treated me as a special customer! I ordered computers and monitors as well and again – they were installed by Matthew quickly and perfectly well! Any questions I had I felt I could call and ask without worry. I think the service I receive from you is outstanding at every level – Professional advice and software and equipment, excellent customer service and quick response. I feel privileged being your customer and I am happy to work with you on regular basis. The true is – I cannot imagine working with anyone else.
