We replaced our current IT support with DTE in July this year and found them to be extremely helpful and efficient during the transitional period. Nothing is too much trouble for Matthew and Kevin, they are always quick to respond and resolve any problems in a very timely manner. There is always somebody for us to speak to and they approach every task with a positive attitude. We find them to be very friendly and approachable and we like that they don’t expect us to understand the IT technicalities! They offer a very personalised service and we feel like we have already built a very good working relationship with them in the short space of time we have been working together. Their technical knowledge and expertise in all aspects of IT is second to none even in this ever-changing industry! We find that in anything we ask of them they always manage to offer a solution and always go out of their way to help. We would highly recommend DTE IT Support and are very grateful that they are on hand to help with our everyday IT needs. We look forward to building the relationship with them further in the upcoming years.
