Hi Matthew, I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to you for fixing my computer within a matter of hours. I was having problems with sending or receiving emails which I found very frustrating and very inconvenient as I use my home computer on a regular basis. You were recommended to me by a close friend of mine, Jane, who said you are a Computer Expert! And she is exactly right about that! It was brilliant that you could access my computer via remote without having to even come to my home to fix it. You also sorted out how to speed up my computer as it was running very slow through contracting viruses I expect. Your charge for your services is very reasonable too. I am so grateful that you have managed to fix all the faults on my computer at a reasonable cost and at a very high standard of professionalism. You removed all the unwanted software programmes that I never used nor needed in order to free up space on my computer. I am so impressed with your work and so grateful to you too for speedily sorting out the software problems my computer was experiencing.. I will certainly be recommending you to all my colleagues at work plus my friends and family if ever they need their computer to be looked at. And the fact that you can do it all via the phone without having to arrange appointments for call-outs, its simply amazing. I am absolutely "over the moon" with service and expertise.
