We had a problem with our toilet on Sunday night, and phoned PAW, within half an hour, Paul had come out, identified the problem, and came back promptly on Tuesday morning with the part to rectify it, as agreed. More than happy with the service, Paul was very pleasant, and all in all, couldnt fault it. Great service.
