Since moving to our house in 2008 we noticed that compared to previous homes the house was very cold in winter, & that the radiators were very hit & miss. We had the walls done (cavility wall insulation) & lagged the loft, but the problem wasn't so much heat retention and more of not actually getting the house warm enough. After reading reviews on Best of Bury Paul (PAW plumbers) came round immediately and discussed with us some of the problems and a number of solutions. At no time was Paul pushy and he showed a genuine interest in sorting out our heating system. The main issue was the small, inefficent radiators and Paul replaced these with some awesome new double rads with TRV valves. The result has been incredible and we're now running the stat at least 4degrees lower than before but getting double the heat. Our house is now beautifully warm and heating system is much more effcient. Whilst he was here Paul also sorted a number of small plumbing jobs for us. Highly recommended.
