Just wanted to let you know how much my family and I thoroughly enjoyed Christmas Lunch at the Village. It far exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the staff were excellent and very pleasant and they even managed to serve all our meals at the same time, even though they were obviously very busy.
Please pass on our thanks to the Chef and all the staff for an absolutely lovely afternoon. We have already recommended it to all our friends and we will definitely be dining with you again.

Just a brief note to say that everything went very well last night and we certainly will be using your facilities again for meetings during the day/evening.
I thought the facilities excellent. We have used the hotel for dinners over the last 3 months and have always been impressed.
Dorothy did an excellent job and please pass on our thanks. Her customer service skills are great and perhaps you could let your senior management know how impressed we were with her. The food was excellent as well.
Look forward to arranging our meetings with you again very soon, and thank you too for your excellent and efficient service.

I wanted to feedback from our event in view of the situation that we were presented with just a couple of weeks prior to our Product Launch event.
Without trailing over the history of how and why the matter arose, I want you to know that the feedback from this event was truly complementary to both the venue but in particular to the staff on the day.
This evaluation comes from both staff and our customers who attended. They felt that format, layout and smoothness of the event was well achieved, that the catering and staffing exceeded expectations, location was ideal and the overall effectiveness too exceeded expectations and so for this I would like to both thank you and congratulate the staff who worked tirelessly to ensure that our event delivered.
Constructively, I would like to add that Sam, your professionalism in listening, interpreting and understanding our needs were well received making me believe that you could met our objectives. My only two points to raise include the cold temperature in the Vibe Suite and the back screen projector which I understand was not always eligible.

The receptionists, spa and restaurant staff were fantastic. They were attentive and helpful.

The receptionist, Rachel, was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything required for our stay. She explained thoroughly the timings of the function, breakfast and check out. We would also like mention the chef at breakfast, Ayman, who ensured that our dietary requirements were met.

The reception team were warm, friendly, efficient and provided a genuine welcome at check-in. They even changed our rooms to ensure we were all next to each other.

Alison and Sylvia are always very responsive when, as meeting organiser, I have to make last minute requests such as changing room layout, additional equipment or technical support with projectors etc. They maintain a polite and professional manner at all times no matter what challenge I give them. Thanks ladies.

I was forced to stay away at very short notice. I phoned the Village from my mobile to book the room. The lady I spoke to held the room for me because she was concerned that I would have to drive and dictate my card number to follow the normal booking procedures. When I arrived I was expected and a family room in a quiet location had been allocated as there were a few parties taking place. An excellent service!

The hotel has a very attractive and inviting appearance overall, with clean grounds and a safe car park. The receptionists remembered us from a previous stay and welcomed us back. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and always consider the Village to be our number one choice when visiting family and friends.

I've visited the Village several times to attend business events. I've lways been impressed by the place and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The foyer area is brilliant for meeting with business contacts during the day.

The Village Hotel looks really nice from the exterior which gives you the sense that you are coming to a nice place. The receptionists dealt with us efficiently and early check in wasn't a problem. The breakfast and evening meal were fantastic, waitresses extremely friendly and polite. It was also nice to have loungers around the pool so you can relax when you aren't swimming.

The hotel is clean, well kept and has a good atmosphere. The receptionists are smiley with a good attitude. In the room the TV was big and easy to use, the free wi-fi was also a big plus.
