Exceptional I always stay here it’s lovely very friendly staff I bought a club room and ended up in a disabled room with a wet room I just thought it could of been used for someone else in this situation. Had a shower and floor was wet for ages had to use the towel to wipe the floor up incase me or my partner slipped

I would score it as a4.75 overall. The parking is fiddly and I recommend doing it with the hotel and not in the car park.
Excellent large TV screens.

Hi , I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions for work . Few occasions have been a great experience while others not so much.
On a really frustrating day, a guy at the reception kindly helped us a lot.I believe his name was jay Iqbal.. no fuss about anything.. got us a clean and convenient room for next weeks booking, on an evening when all the shops where closed helped us printing a couple of sheets which we were desperate for. Very kind and helpful. I just want to say a big thank you. Despite the inconvenience at times ppl like you make us want to come back again . Keep up the spirit and good work..👍👍

I am a member of the Health and Wellness Club.
I mainly use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
I also do one of the gentle exercise classes - 'Nice and Easy' with Don O'Conner which I find excellent for my needs.
Most of the Staff are friendly, efficient and hard working which creates a nice atmosphere.
It's very good for me and I enjoy it.
It would be very difficult to get too without a car, but there are benefits to it being out of the town centre.
I also enjoy a nice meal here with friends occasionally.

Room wasn't clean (bathroom floor was sticky and there was bits on the floor), it was quite a warm day and the room was very hot - very difficult to cool down. Check-in is self served and no one was at the desk at the time to ask questions. There was one point where our key stopped working and we went down to get sorted. Thankfully there was someone at the desk that could help, however they didn't ask for any identification before giving us a key to the room we told them - doesnt feel very safe.
As it was hot we had to have the window open and there was a lot of people talking outside in the middle of the night. The only positive is access to the gym and swimming pool...

Good value for the money. Comfy large room. Nice breakfast. Good bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. All good. A fan or something like that running in the bar below my room all night. Stopped at 10am the next morning.

For anyone wanting to visit the Leisure Club at the Village whilst staying at the Village or wanting to become a member - you will not be disappointed - the reception staff & managers especially Gina Melling are extremely helpful & will go out of their way to make sure your visit is an enjoyable experience. The instructors at the gym are outstanding & motivational. There is a buzzing Whatsapp social network alongside numerous events & activities organised & hosted by staff members. It has a thriving gym community 'it is not just a Village Leisure Club or Gym - it is a Village Gym Family'. Really proud of your efforts to support your visitors / members- keep up the good work!!
