Hotel was well placed for town and had all appropriate services, pool, gym, spa, coffee shop etc. Although there were a few minor issues from booking in to door lock issues. However when highlighted to the hotel all issues were acted upon and resolutions were found.

Stayed here a month ago then again this Saturday. Beautiful room, lovely welcoming staff and after the dump we'd come from we were so happy to be back here. Definitely coming back for another visit. Thank you for another great stay

Only used the downstairs areas. Was suprised as it was not as I expected, very clean, smart and clique. Restaurant/bar area was very well laid out giving plenty of space. Appeared to be alot of people using the gym facilities.

I stayed in room 275. Amazing! Lovely room with great coffee facilities, huge shower and great sky tv. The breakfast was great. Had lots of choice. Will definitely be staying again.

Well located with easy access off M66. Rooms have been recently refurbished and are well equipped and good clean bathroom. Excellent gym and swimming pool on site and bar okay

Big airey entrance, welcoming and helpful staff. Visited for a conference with work, easy to find, car park could do with being a bit bigger, a few people parked at funny angles and squished in.

Always friendly service in the bar and restaurant. Nice rooms. Great gym and pool. Lots of exercise classes for all abilities and tastes.

Nice reception area with a decent Starbucks. Easy to find as just off the motorway and free parking. Also free WiFi so great for field sales reps like myself.

I went to attend the after party of a wedding with my partner the rooms were really nice and well lit even without having windows also the bar staff were kind and seemed very professional.

Used a Groupon voucher in the spa. Had a massage and facial. Amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Fantastic venue..I was attending a hen party at one of the planned events which was brilliant. Food was lovely staff were friendly and the room was amazing!!!
