Wonderful stay! Modern, and very clean, room abd bathroon. The Rainfall shower was one of the best I have ever used. We used the pool, and it was nice and warm, and the jaquzi was superb (not too much chlorine, my eyes were grateful). The prices per-night are amazing!

Almost everything was good but the window didn’t seal properly allowing too much noise to get in. Slept with earplugs. Bed comfy, shower fab.

Well equipped and clean room. bathroom slightly old fashion. But noisy environment from corridor and roof neighbor. Good concept to gather various activities next to the hotel. Breakfast was good as well with enough variety

Good atmosphere, comfortable rooms and reception areas, lovely food. The bar area has sports on tv's, generally had a good vibe about the place without being overcrowded. Left feeling relaxed, good value for money.

We booked this hotel at a fantastic price of£37.50 per night, and were really impressed. Upon arrival we were pleased to see ample free car parking. Reception was large, modern and welcoming. The self service check in made in extra speedy, although there were staff members around to help if needed. I was checked in, in less than a minute. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had the most beautiful smelling soaps and washes. The large tv with sky meant we were able to chill out after a trashing day. We went down for breakfast and the room was spacious and modern. Adequate choice of breads and yoghurts. The cooked breakfast was self service. Limited choice scrambled egg, tomato, mushrooms, bacon, beans and sausage. I’d have loved to see hash browns, fried slice and fried egg (but this is just a small thing). It was all lovely and tasty but like warm. So much so I couldn’t eat it. This was a shame as everything else had been so good. There is a Costa on site so I would order breakfast from there if I was to stay again to ensure it was cooked fresh and hot.

A warm welcome from the team upon arrival. They helped us sort travel to a restaurant which was quite a few miles away and even posted my credit card back when I left it in the room. Lovely hotel and staff. Would recommend. Nice to have a hotel with cheerful staff!

We booked the hotel via Expedia and got a cracking deal for £43 including breakfast. Didn’t expect much but we were delighted. Self service check in was so quick, I had my key and was checked in, in under a minute. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, excellent decor and big tv. Modern furnishings really added to the whole experience. The bathroom was spacious and had the most beautiful scented toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at the village hotel because of people running and shouting down the corridors at 3 o’clock in the morning and also the room next door had their telly blasting at 8 o’clock in the morning. Which means I didn’t have much sleep. I also emailed about this and got no reply.

A lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Food is good quality and amenities are excellent considering the cost. We stayed two nights in a family room whilst Christmas shopping at the nearby Trafford Centre

Is slightly noisey this time of year so sleep can be disrupted, otherwise a clean room and staff were friendly. Room Temp was perfect as was very cold weekend - bar and starbucks were very good too - would stay again!

Lively hotel, always very busy..not because it's great but because it's pretty much the only semi decent hotel in the vicinity.
Rooms are OK but bathrooms a bit grubby and tired looking.
You can be assured of a " matter of bloody fact" cold English welcome, which seems a little harsh compared to a USA customer first, warm welcome, but hey...when in Rome..

Clean and well presented rooms and facilities. Staff all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and have done on many occasions previously. Thoroughly enjoy every stay we have at this hotel! Staff are passionate about their work and it's obvious that they are proud to work at the Village.

Hotel is nice, staff are helpful, but we had a wedding group having a party on one night which meant the music went on until 1am. Would have been nice to know when we checked in. Mentioned it to the staff the next day and was just told sorry.

the through the decades party was well organised and good fun. The room was cleans and well presented and bed very comfortable. The only problem was lighting in room - too dark to get make up on easily
