Excellent customer service and amazing attention to detail! Emma and Jay are utterly amazing. I have travelled many times using âTravel by Knightâ and have always had amazing service from beginning to end from resort holidays, backpacking expeditions, bespoke tour of India, city breaks as a couple and a family and with friends. This time was a solo trip for me without the husband and kids. The destination was secured and booked. TbK checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed for a safe and secure trip. They contacted me when I was abroad and when I got home. As a solo female traveller I was in safe hands from beginning to end. Loved it. Dx

We have just returned from an amazing family holiday to Zanzibar â nine of us, of all ages, travelling together to celebrate my parentsâ 50th wedding anniversary.
We booked with Emma & Jason, as we have done several times before, and as always, they were fabulous.
From the very first WhatsApp message, nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so, because they simply make travelling easy.
In a world full of AI chat services and automated responses, having Emma & Jason at the end of the phone is priceless! Having that security blanket while weâre away gives me, as the chief organiser, the chance to actually switch off, relax and be present with my loved ones, knowing that we are â and always will be â in good hands, wherever we are in the world.
Itâs all the little extra touches too, from the postcards welcoming us home to the bottle of fizz sent directly to my parents for their anniversary. Theyâre such lovely gestures and really do mean the world.
At a time when great customer service and genuine human interaction seem to be disappearing, Emma & Jason are a wonderful reminder of just how much the personal touch matters.

Amazing company who take the stress out of booking a holiday. A fantastic service is offered, they are available day and night with great ideas if you want to do something slightly different but lots of knowledge for the more traditional options.

The villa we stayed in was lovely. Nerja is beautiful went to the caves and there are lots of beaches along the coast. We went to the three cultures festival in friggiliana in the mountains which was a lot of fun. This kids loved it.

From the initial conversation right through the holiday a first class service. Never having travelled abroad on my own before I was nervous about booking but everything was taken care of for me to an exceptionally high standard. Travel by Knight planned our whole honeymoon within an hour after our phone call and absolutely smashed it! Everything was perfect. Planning 3 flights with 2 different destinations felt very overwhelming however they took away all the stress even down to booking car parking. Thank you so much!

I chatted to Emma for over an hour about what I did and didn't want for our family holiday. She listened and cut through all my waffle to find us the ideal place. It was all planned to perfection. Emma offers a great service to advise and guide with travel. Our recent big trip to Asia was coordinated to our bespoke wants and needs with advice guidance and support throughout with changes as they happened and were needed. She is always easily contactable and available when needed and puts in all those little extra touches that makes it feel special. The range and extent of what she can offer and advise on is vast from day trip trips to short haul to long haul she has it covered

Booked our holiday with Emma this year. Weâve been going to the same place for five years and always booked direct with Jet2, but booking through Travel by Knight gave us peace of mind weâd never had before.
With all the worries around travel these days, it was reassuring knowing professionals were looking after us if anything went wrong. Lifeâs so busy, so the reminders to check passports and insurance were a godsend â one of ours had actually expired, and thanks to that early prompt we had plenty of time to sort it.
The personal touches made it even better. We got towel bands for our sunbeds a few weeks before we flew (weâll use them every trip now), and came home to a lovely postcard from Emma and Jason. Iâll definitely be booking with you again â thank you for looking after us!

Would never book with anyone else now. Everything from first point of contact, to browsing for the perfect holidays, all our requests are always met and even succeed what we wanted. The whole process is effortless and stressfree from the beginning, during and even when back home to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. Emma listened to exactly what we wanted from our summer holiday⌠private pool, close to bars and restaurants but still authentic Greece. she provided us with a selection of options so I was able to make the final decision.

Emma Knight gave us just three carefully selected holidays, based on a conversation about exactly what we wanted. She had actually visited the locations and stayed in or toured the hotels herself.
We chose one and it was booked within 48 hours. It was a TUI holiday and cost no more than booking it ourselves online. We are now booking our third holiday with Emma.
The all-inclusive hotel was sublime â the nicest we've experienced at any price. It was wonderfully relaxing, with things to do within walking distance, and met all our requirements and more.
Had we seen the same hotel in the list of 100 online results, not sure we'd have picked it - they all look very similar.
Some qualities of a hotel or location can't be captured in photographs or tick-box filters. That's where Emma's first-hand knowledge made all the difference.

This was our second time using Emma as our travel agent and could not be happier with the service.We had a turbulent start with members of our group dropping out and we had no idea where we wanted to go but Emma recommended places and helped us choose our destination getting quotes for various different party sizes. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Once booked we didn't have to do anything else as she sorted everything for us.

Weâve just returned from an amazing family trip to Greece. Staying at Daios Cove.
Emma and Jason exceeded our expectations again! From checking us in, to a lovely personal welcome at the hotel and on arriving home. Knowing we can contact them if needed is essential for me as I travel with two children.

Well where do I start!!! I can honestly say this was the best all inclusive holiday we have ever experienced! The hotel etc was amazing but the travel company Not Just Travel by Knight were exceptional. Jason and Emma looked after everything and their attention to detail was second to none!! Even down to the Welcome Home card that greeted us - what other company thinks of that!! A huge thank you to you both - our holiday to the Rixos Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh was one fabulous experience from start to finish !! Very best wishes from Sue & Alan x
