Gentle, grounded trauma-informed coaching for people who are tired of surviving and ready to start thriving!

Sometimes you cannot quite explain what is wrong. On the outside, you are coping. Achieving. Showing up. But underneath? You feel anxious, disconnected, on edge, or simply exhausted from constantly pushing through.

Nadia offers trauma-informed coaching for people who sense they are surviving rather than truly thriving. Her work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself with compassion and creating real, lasting change by working with your nervous system rather than against it.

Mindset work and productivity tools have their place but on their own, they do not always create sustainable transformation. Somatic trauma-informed coaching recognises that chronic stress and past experiences leave an imprint on the body. When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it becomes harder to focus, make clear decisions, build healthy relationships and enjoy life or work without burning out.

Understanding Your Nervous System, The Ladder

One of the core tools Nadia uses is what she calls “The Autonomic Ladder”, a simple yet powerful way to understand how your nervous system responds to safety and danger posed by everyday life.

At the top of the ladder is “safety”. This is where you feel present, calm and engaged. Your breathing is steady. You can think clearly. You feel connected to yourself and others.

In the middle is “danger”, the fight or flight response. Your heart rate rises, your body feels tense, and you may feel anxious, restless or irritable.

At the bottom is “life threat”, the freeze or shutdown state. This can feel like numbness, heaviness, difficulty speaking, or a sense of detachment and hopelessness

The key message? These responses are not weaknesses. They are protective adaptations designed to keep you safe. Nadia helps you recognise where you are on the ladder at any given moment and gently build the skills to move back towards safety. And when you understand what is happening in your body, something shifts. There is relief. There is choice.

Trauma-Informed Coaching That Feels Safe

Working one-to-one with high-performing leaders, founders and CEOs, Nadia creates a calm, grounded space where you can slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface. There is no pressure to perform, no rush to “move on”, and no judgement.
