I've used Munro Greenhalgh for my car insurance for a number of years. I could have maybe saved a few pounds by going online or on a price comparison site but I wouldn't have received the same level of service and attention. I recently renewed with them when buying a new car. Due to my own stupidity I left it all to the last minute but Daniel Holleran sorted this out for me efficiently, courteously and remained calm throughout. We have only had one insurance claim in the years we have been dealing with them but it was dealt with promptly and effectively. Our company was recently recommended to Stephen at Munro Greenhalgh; for several aspects of business insurance. From the offset dealing with Stephen, our needs have been met succinctly and professionally and as an added bonus we saved several hundreds of pounds, gaining a more comprehensive cover. Importantly Stephen also pointed out some details of our historical previous cover had flaws which meant we were actually not entirely covered if a claim ensued! This could have damaged the business considerably, depending on the size of any future claim. All this with a friendly old fashioned person to person service, I recommend unequivocably Munro-Greenhalgh.
