The driver noticed the bag contained stones and not grit sand, as per my order. He drove straight back to the depot and returned within 1/2 hour with a bag of grit sand. Now that's what I call service. Excellent service. 👍

Whereas I am pleased at how quick the delivery was. When I placed the order I was told I would receive a call to arrange a day for delivery.

I have used MKM twice in the last 2weeks, what a company, easy to order, delivered when they say they will, items left where asked. I never met the driver, but I spoke to a lovely pleasant chap, very helpful + thankfully had a sense of humour. Would recommend MKM to any body.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Sourced some bricks from MKM and from the first email, they were very helpful! Easily sorted the delivery date and payment and they turned up on time. The delivery driver (Craig) was brilliant and helped us move the bricks to the rear of the property. Highly recommended and will definitely be using this company again!

I ordered online and called to set up a delivery date. The MKM staff were nice and efficient. The delivery person showed up right on time and waited while I moved my car. Excellent customer service, and very competitive pricing, plus free delivery!

I did not do a shop there but went to see santa and it was a lovely experience and the staff was lovely they had a beautiful snow globe the children could go in! And see santa got a little prezzie to which was wrapped on there own mkm wrapping paper which I thought was a lovely touch again all free and the staff was brilliant i will definitely send my children up there next year! Thanks very much guys
