Excellent service from MKM today. I had a delivery this morning and wanted to recognise the driver who delivered it. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company.
People are often quick to complain when things go wrong, but good service deserves recognition too. The driver represented MKM brilliantly and it’s refreshing to see someone who clearly cares about customer service.

We ordered 20 newlite blocks which we arranged to be delivered today, we live in a very inaccessible place to deliver to, there is no road to the house, to deliver anything means driving your vehicle to top of back of houses, and then walking down an unmade rough path to our garden were we needed the blocks the two chaps who came today were brilliant, this meant obviously hauling 20 very heavy items down the back of 10 cottages, no mean feat, they just got on with it.....I went to thank them, my Husband is 88yrs old and even with his trolley would have found it very difficult, I wanted to give them something, to get a drink, just an appreciation, but no, they were adamant they point blank refused, how refreshing to actually have real men, doing a great service to the customer, thank them again from Ken and Diane. I found out later that Ken also had offered them a "drink" they had refused him also. Great fellas to have working for you !!

Darren at Manchester and Jordan at Bury were really helpful with my order and arranged for the smaller truck to come the next day. They even managed to get round the tight turning on to my drive which was a massive help so I didn’t have to handball everything down. And free delivery. Will be using them again without doubt.
