My first time using the corrosion protective coated copper tube. Saved a lot of time wrapping with Denso or self amalgamating tape.
I was pleased how easy it was to strip back the coating prior to soldering on the elbows.

My first time using MKM ,I visited the site in person before ordering, easily accessible and well laid out . I am retired now and got time on my hands for projects, this was to gravel my neighbours front small garden. Friendly helpful staff ,gave me advice and delivery was arranged Free 🤓 bonus. Excellent value for money,driver delivered today and positioned gravel in perfect position to make spreading easy and with a happy attitude 😁 All round brilliant service will be using again and highly recommend 😎 thanks Allan.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from MKM Bury.
I ordered gravel on Friday and received an email saying that someone would contact me to arrange delivery. Nobody called me until Tuesday morning, when I had to call the branch myself. Only then was my delivery arranged.
During the call, I clearly asked for the gravel to be left in the garden or as close to the garden as possible. My request was completely ignored. The driver left the gravel wherever it was most convenient for him, making much more work for me.
The lack of communication and the failure to follow simple delivery instructions were very frustrating. I expected much better customer service.
I hope MKM improves its communication with customers and ensures that delivery instructions are followed in the future.

Helpful in-store selecting the stone I needed matching to current. Delivery same day lifted into position as close as the crane would let to where I needed it. Overall very good experience.

Absolutely fantastic service rang up at 3 o’clock in the afternoon by 7:15 the next day it was delivered to my doorstep. Driver was professional and on time customer service were excellent and pointed me in the right direction for what I want. definitely buy from them again. This is my third time. Would absolutely recommend them.
