We have used Microcare to support our Panasonic KXT Phone Systems for many years, and after a long period intent, we finally called them in to upgrade us to a New LG Ipecs system over SIP Trunks.
Despite us having quite a sophisticated internal network, all went smoothly and with very little operational issues since. Great work guys. Yes another nail in the BT coffin.....

The guys at Microcare set up a fully networked WiFi system across our 125 acre site. Located rurally presented a number of challengers during installation but all obstacles were overcome by the team. A real peace of mind that it was being handled by professionals.

We have been using Microcare for around 10 years now through the full lifecycle of our first, in-house telephone system and now our current cloud based one. They have always been thorough and helpful whenever we have required support. The initial installs of both systems went completely without a hitch despite us having a rather odd setup. Would fully recommend their services - in fact, I already have on several occasions.

Microcare have dealt with our mobile phone requirements company wide now for several years, and have nursed us through 3 or 4 contract renewals / equipment upgrades during that period. The guys are fantastic and always work with us to ensure the 'back end' requirements are met so everything runs as smoothly as possible, whilst getting us the best deals possible on the hardware and tariffs.
Following on from the above, when we had to upgrade our aging PBX and the desk phones within the business, it was again Microcare we turned to as a trusted partner to get us onto a VOIP solution using Yealink hardware ... a seamless transition as we expected, with on site presence during the switch over and the usual telephone support for any 'teething' issues, and of course the ongoing support for the periodic problems which arise and cannot be resolved in house. A great service provider !
