I recently completed a first aid course here and I cannot recommend it enough. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question with depth and clarity. What really set this apart was the variety of practical exercises; we weren't just staring at slides, we were actually hands-on with the equipment. I walked away feeling genuinely confident in my ability to use these skills not just in the workplace, but in any real-world emergency.
