The team agreed to take on a job bigger than they were initially commissioned for following an unfortunate event. The team turned the property from an uninhabitable state to a state in which the property could be returned to the landlord. The team worked with us and Steve (owner) met with myself and was in consistent contact throughout the job. I found Brightway to be very personal and adaptable and approached the situation with care despite an excellent thorough clean (including fridge, freezer and oven as well as hand scrubbed carpets and walls). We greatly appreciate the work completed by Brightway and would highly recommend for that personal care and attention - and of course, a brilliant clean. THANK YOU
