BIG groups are warm and welcoming. If you are suffering in isolation, don't! If you're anxious about going to a new group please phone up and somebody will meet you and welcome you gently into the group. BIG made a huge impression on my life for the better!

BIG helps me to share my thoughts and
experiences. I can relate to what others have said
and I am learning more about anxiety. This is an
extremely valid and necessary service that I am
relieved to have found.
