Belvoir have let a property for me for the past 8 or 9 years and I have been very happy with the service provided from advertising the property when vacant, arranging the vetting of tenants and managing all aspects of letting the property including maintenance and problem solving for a reasonable monthly fee.
Having decided to sell the property I appointed Belvoir as the estate agent and again they provided an excellent service from start to finish by producing a great advert, quickly finding a buyer and answering all sale enquiries with both sets of solicitors promptly. I would highly recommend using Belvoir for either letting or selling a property.

Sue was an absolute star on selling properties she never gave up and was very patient with buyers and seller alike 10 out of 10.
Shaz on lettings very professional knows exactly what he's doing excellent service.
Daniel the manager nothing is too much trouble he goes up and beyond to help you it's not all about the commission he genuinely cares.
To sum up all the staff I have never come across an agency like them they are all patient, professional and extremely helpful.

My family was coming down from Cape town. I was getting more and more anxious as I didnt have an apartment secured. I got to know about Belvoir, and voila my luck changed. We used Belvoir to sell our flat and I highly recommend them. Sue in the Bury branch was amazing. She was helpful and supportive throughout the whole of the process and was incredibly proactive in moving everything forwards to completion.
