Premier Plus Ltd have been outstanding. Myself and my partner decided to buy our first home together towards the end of January 2018, we had found the house, a new build, and reserved it within a couple of days of viewing it as it was one of the last being built on the development. That got the ball rolling pretty quickly as we hadn't looked into Mortgage advisors or Conveyancers at this stage, the following day I was talking to a colleague who had just brought his first house, he highly recommended using Gary Haran from premier plus, I contacted Gary that evening and he instantly e-mailed me over some paperwork to get started on, it's now a little over two weeks later and we've just had our mortgage approved! I cannot recommend and thank Gary and his P.A Clare enough, they were both on the ball and professional, replying to e-mails, calls and even text messages within an hour, we we're kept updated with every development during the process and never mislead or left unanswered. Gary and Clare were both very friendly and hard working, usually it takes a lot longer to process all the paperwork but between them they came back to us after two weeks with a full mortgage offer! We will defiantly be using them again and will recommend them to any friends or family looking to buy a house or re-mortgage in the future.
