Rutland Building have just finished refitting our family bathroom which involved some building work into another room, and we are delighted with the results. We found Steve and his team through The Best of Bromley, and they fully lived up to all the testimonals written before. Steve was a very good project manager, keeping us informed along the way and making sure we were happy with progress. The other tradesmen Steve used for plumbing, electrics etc were also very friendly, polite and efficient. The room has a lovely finish to it, and we are so pleased we are having them back to do our other bathroom in February! Thanks to Steve and the team.

I found them through the Best of website, and I am delighted that he and his team lived up to all the great testimonials that had been posted before. Rutland Building provided a creative and efficient service, helping us along the way as we had not done a bathroom before. Steve is a very good project manager, staying in touch throughout, and uses a range of professionals for plumbing, electrics and other expert areas, all of which were friendly, polite and carried out their work to a high standard.
