We are all pretty comfortable with building content-managed websites - so for example the web designers at Novamedia will design the look and feel of the client's website but the client then maintains overall control over the information that is going to appear on their site.
But all that of course relies on the client updating the website! I can honestly say that my heart sinks when the content is not being updated after it's gone live or, if it is being updated, it's only with the very bare bones of content coupled with the occasional poorly cropped/framed/exposed photo.
And this is the reality of what happens, even with the best will in the world, and it is vital that from the very start, you as the client are certain that you have the resources that you need at your fingertips for you to maintain your well-written, excellent and grammatically correct high quality content and photos.
