A local construction company was prosecuted recently for burning roof timbers in the garden of a property in Bromley. They were fined £1000.
All Businesses and residents have a responsibility to deal with their waste in the correct way. If they don't they could face a large fine or court action under The Environmental Protection Act 1990.
