Back again after last year's fabulous effort is the opportunity to support the Bromley Mencap charity through the Community Matters programme at Waitrose.
Last year, Bromley Mencap were delighted with the support they received through very generous donations at the Bromley South branch of Waitrose. So much so that they're now doing exactly the same thing at the Burnt Ash Lane branch too!
It really is fantastically easy to be involved - all you need to do is ensure that every time you shop at Waitrose you place your green token in the Bromley Mencap box... simples!
But it doesn't stop there - Bromley Mencap has a whole host of opportunities coming up throughout 2015 that you could get involved in. From fundraising to volunteering to taking on a challenge like climbing the Three Peaks or Ben Nevis, there's generally something for everyone.
