If you are considering any kind of building work to your home, my husband and I could not recommend Steve and his team highly enough. They completed a first floor extension for us to schedule (despite the inevitable extra jobs which we added in), to budget and to the highest of standards. On a day to day basis, they were always polite, pleasant, extremely hard working and cleaned up every single night as if it were their own home. The attention to detail paid by Steve himself to everything was particularly impressive and the level of communication maintained by him made the job flow beautifully. We simply could not recommend Steve, Jake and Carl enough and even the sub-contractors used by Steve are obviously carefully vetted by him to ensure they match his own high standards.

Steve and his team built a side and rear single storey extension to our house. The team were friendly, polite and efficient and tidy workers. The project was completed to a very high build standard, earlier than predicted and on budget. Any afterthoughts on our part were costed in advance so that we knew at all times how much we were spending before being committed. Having built the extension the team also knocked through a bathroom and toilet into one and installed all the plumbing and fittings and tiling - again to a very high standard.
We have been delighted with the work and the strict adherence to both budgetary and timescale deadlines that Steve works to. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Rutland have completed two jobs for me, the buidling of a porch and replacing rotting wood panels at the front of my house. Steve and his team are easy to deal with, excellent in responding to queries and good workers.I plan to use them again next year - highly recommended.
