We have used One Stop on several occasions, from building a large alcove cupboard, completely re-fitting our bathroom, replacing our kitchen ceiling and the conversion of our garage into an office. They are- by their own admission- not the cheapest builders around, however I would not use anyone else as they're totally honest, reliable, tidy and highly professional. I have heard too many bad builder stories from other people about unfinished jobs, rude/loud workers and bad workmanship so it is unthinkable that we would go anywhere else but to Mark and his team.
I feel 100% comfortable leaving them in the house if I have to go out, our kitchen was clean and useable every night despite having the ceiling removed, then re-plastered and finally re-painted and they even took our dog to the park on their lunch break!
I have no hesitation in recommending One Stop as I am confident they will do a superb job.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I used One Stop when getting the outside of my house painted a few years ago, and have been back for quotes and advice on other matters several times since. I would trust them with any job relating to my house.

We were recommended to One Stop by a friend for a Loft Conversation with en-suite and although they were a little bit more expensive then over quotes we got, we had a good feeling they would do a better job, and we was'nt disapointed and so glad we took them on.
From ther start to the finish, everyone invovled was very friendly and even missed some of them when the job was finished. Any changes we wanted to make was not a problem and we were always kept informed of any price increase of the extra work we requested. The final finish is of top quality and workmanship.
We have since recommended them to our friends and they too have been very happy with the work carried out.

I am very pleased with both the quality of your team's workmanship and their totally professional conduct whilst on site. When you originally started building the major extension next door we were not looking forward to the experience! However your team have made "having a builders in" a pleasure rather than a nightmare. You are all to be sincerely congratulated.

I can't believe it is just over a month since our loft conversion was completed. Jane and I would just like to say how pleased we are with the master bedroom and on-suite you have created for us. The end result has truly surpassed our expectations.
Can we also take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the way in which this major building project (for us anyway) was managed from beginning to end. I can honestly say that the disruption necessitated by the building works was measurably less than we had anticipated and prepared ourselves for. Given the change of boiler and conversion to mains pressure fed water supplies throughout the house, the interim solution you put in place to ensure our water and heating remained available virtually throughout was most appreciated. The efficient management and storage of building materials and the prompt removal of debris ensured that we continued to enjoy near normal access in and around the house and garden.
All in all we are truly delighted with our new bedroom and on-suite. We have been busy choosing carpet curtains and furnishings and it should not be too much longer before we move in! It goes without saying that we would be more than happy to recommend you and the One Stop Team to others, and we will be so disappointed if you do not send around some of your potential clients in the future as we have now run out of family and friends to show our conversion off to!

Over the past few years,we have used 'One Stop' twice for major extension projects to our house in Beckenham.'One Stop' have also carried out works for an elderly relative of ours who purchased a flat 2 years ago, again in Beckenham. The experience from the planning stages, with ideas and suggestions from Mark through to completion of the works was superb.In addition we have recommended 'One Stop' to friends and neighbours, and all, without exception have been delighted with the work carried out.

Can thoroughly recommend One Stop Builders. I used them for some structural work and the installation of a new kitchen. They took care of every detail from start to finish and did an excellent job.
