What can you expect?
Firstly, it's tough, challenging and always varied. You'll most probably hurt, you may even want to give up BUT the results achieve really do speak for themselves. You'll be fitter, stronger, leaner, quicker and generally have a more mobile body.
We make use of a whole spectrum of exercises - from push ups to sit ups to burpees and squat jumps, you'll embark on endless exercises whilst tackling agility, speed and strength courses using weighted bars, dumbbells, kettle bells, Bulgarian bags and boxing equipment. Phew!
