All I knew was that I wanted a very unusual cake for my daughter's 40th Birthday party....and then I discovered Denise. Wow - what an inspiration! She designed and baked a replica of Lisa's allotment right down to the edible, miniature cauliflowers and tomatoes. Topped off with a bespoke greenhouse built by my son (a professional model maker), the cake was an absolute show stopper. As if that wasn't enough, it was delicious too. The sponge was light and moist and the buttercream filling and jam was mouthwatering. Thank you very much indeed Denise.
