Jefes Ramen is a community interest company from Stockport, founded by former professional basketball player Jerelle "Jefe" Okoro. The team takes over pub kitchens on quieter nights and serves big bowls of ramen, while the pub keeps all of its bar takings. On the menu: Tokyo Chick (shoyu chicken), Miso Shroom, and The Big Baloo, a ramen inspired by the full English.
