Energy conservation makes sense – but what are my options? And how do I pay for it?
The range of energy saving technologies is growing rapidly and this makes it difficult for many businesses to keep up with it all. This presentation will give you an overview of different technologies that work. It will also cover key issues to consider when introducing an energy and carbon usage reduction project in your business. What technologies work? How much will it cost? What funding is available?
After this seminar you will have a better understanding of the different energy conservation technologies currently available in the market place.
We will discuss the pros and cons with the different technologies and what to look out for when deciding what technologies are both appropriate for your business needs and in line with your business strategy.
We give an overview of typical expected savings that can be achieved by different technologies and we will highlight hidden costs and benefits, such as maintenance, replacement costs and equipment deterioration.
Finally we will explore funding options and grants available in particular to small and medium sized business with own premises. This includes an overview of energy efficiency loans available from the Carbon Trust.
