Wine Tasting Challenge Fun & Informative... This is fast becoming one of my favourite places in Brighton. I know wine but not a super-connoisseur, so TGB is perfect for sampling some new wines from small producers and all over the world. We booked the Wine Tasting Challenge for my 40th birthday celebration with close family and friends. We were a group of 15 people, so it was the perfect intimate catch up with a bit of competitive fun thrown in. The selection of wines was just the right balance. I'm not a white drinker but got to taste three I would most certainly buy and consume with food. The plates of cheese and charcuterie are perfect to munch alongside the wine. But TGB's big plus are down to two main factors, the space - is it a shop or a bar? I love the small and cosy environment surrounded by a living museum of wine. And the staff. Friendly, informative, fun and extremely easy-going. I am huge believe in service making a place what it is and although they have a great concept, complete with well-though through finishing touches, the staff bring it all together like water binds dough. Keep up the good work (another toilet would be a plus! but they may have to wait for expansion plans).

Great spot - little gem in Brighton. I have been here with colleagues on Tuesday evening. We booked the big table at the centre of the room. What an amazing place. The choice of wine was refreshing with local and international wines to choose from at very reasonable prices. My colleagues ordered nibbles (cheese and meat platter) which looked fantastic, but I did not taste as I was full from dinner. The place is really cozy and if you intend to go with a large group I would recommend you book in advance as it seemed a very popular place. I will definitely go back when next in Brighton.

Perfect evening :). I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, as compete beginners when it comes to wine the £25 course is amazing & well worth every penny.
We tried 7 wines in total, enjoyed good food & our host was very friendly & informative.
I recommend to everyone :) even if just for a cheeky glass of wine as atmosphere was just brilliant !
Thank you again
