Dear Mr Morris, I would like to thank for the excellent service I received from your company on Saturday 30th September when I had a little problem with my Exquisite 4' 6" Double mattress. One of the "buttons" had pulled through the outer cover and I rang your staff up the day before to see what you could do to mend it. They said that it would have to come back to the factory as they had a special machine to compress the mattress in order to get the correct tension as it was very difficult to do off site. I was delighted to receive the mattress back in the afternoon together with a complete new cover on the top and the underside. I notice that the new "buttons" are a larger size and are unlikely to pull through again. The reason I bought from you is because I found out that you actually make mattresses on the premises. I am a firm believer in buying locally made goods as it helps the local economy and it is so much easier to deal with a problem if it is made nearby.
