Moore and Cousins were recommended to me by a friend who is a retired architect and who was overseeing a large number of repairs and additions to a listed church just outside Bridport. Because of his experience I followed his advice and when I moved to my current house used them to do all necessary repairs etc. This included work to de-nib my artexed ceilings and then replaster, lay wooden floors, bookshelves, enlarging loft space, painting the whole house. Since then I have used them again for digging out and building a path which included quite a lot of brickwork. I shall be using them again soon for a small extension. I find them friendly, helpful, keep me in touch as to when they can fit me in. When they start a job they continue until finished. I am also very happy with the results especially as I expect a job to be well done. Though I did not get another quote, unusual for me, I know from my friend who got several quotes that though not the cheapest but also not the most expensive they are certainly worth using. They also kept to estimates and if there were extras I was informed before they went ahead. I have recommended them to others.
