If you’re looking for a fun and a social way of celebrating Valentine’s Day this year, then Brentwood’s premier golf course has just the event for you.
Warley Park Golf Club has combined two of Britain’s favourite passions – food and West End musicals – to create a perfect Valentine’s event for couples and groups of friends who wish to celebrate the most romantic day in the calendar in style.
The Valentine’s dinner and entertainment evening takes place on Saturday, February 18 and is set to feature Essex born and bred West End star Phil Cavill.
Guests will be treated to a reception drink followed by a sumptuous three-course meal appropriately themed under ‘The Courtship’, ‘The engagement’ and ‘The Marriage’ which includes exquisitely prepared meals such as chargrilled lemon and garlic chicken fillet with sweet tomato and olive and smoked haddock Florentine with light cheddar mash.
Phil Cavill, who has played leading roles in West End musicals such as Miss Saigon and Les Misérables, will then entertain guests for the remainder of the evening with songs from Britain’s favourite musicals.
The event is part of a growing calendar of entertainment evenings provided by Warley Park Golf Club, which recently hosted a number of exclusive Christmas parties and has further event plans underway for later in the year. The golf club is set amid sprawling Brentwood countryside and overlooks a beautiful 27-hole golf course, which provides a stunning backdrop to social occasions whether it is weddings (the venue is civil licensed), christenings, birthdays or other special celebrations.
The Valentine’s event takes place on Saturday 18 February at 7.30pm and tickets cost £25per person. Guests are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
