Samantha Murray, who took the silver medal in the Modern Pentathlon at London 2012 will be the guest of honour at this Saturday's relaunch of Brentwood School Sports Centre's fitness suite.
Brentwood School Sports Centre was selected as the London 2012 official nationwide training venue for Modern Pentathlon due to its excellent facilities, so Samantha is no stranger to Brentwood.
The relaunched fitness centre has a cardio floor, separate weights conditioning room and more than £50,000 in new, state-of-the-art fitness and resistance equipment, including:
Everyone in Brentwood and the surrounding area is invited to the relaunch to tour the new suite and meet Olympic medalist Samantha Murray in person. And to keep the children amused, a range of fun activities have been organised in Brentwood School Sports Centre's Vincent Room and School Gym throughout the afternoon.
Samantha will be cutting the ribbon to open the new £110,000 two-floor gym at 2pm on Saturday 17th November.
