Myself & my husband visited the Octagon to watch a Queen tribute band. We hadn’t been to the Octagon for many years. What a pleasant surprise we had! The booking process & entering the venue is simple. You receive a text with your tickets on a QR code- simple. ALL the staff were friendly, helpful & polite. We had seats on G47/48 & we felt these were great. It’s a small intimate venue but very professional. I pre- ordered our drinks for the interval & they were waiting for us in a table in the bar area. Overall an extremely great experience that has made us want to visit again.

Check in/out staff friendly and helpful. Room lovely and fresh. Bathroom clean and I was especially impressed with the grab rail as it is the first hotel I have stayed in which has one!
