This is a great gym that offers great value for money. There is a large variety of equipment, meaning you can have a varied and interesting workout, and it is kept spotless, including in the toilets and changing rooms. The classes that are included in the membership are fantastic, and lead by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kind personal trainers, meaning you never feel self conscious. I would recommend this gym to people of any fitness level and ability.

I've been going to this gym for around 6 years . I think it is reasonable in price , its open 25/7. There's always parking spaces too . The only negative I have there isn't a separate room for the classes they do,I'd problem join in them if it wasn't infront of people working out !

I’ve been going to THE GYM for over a year now and what can I say, I’m a completely different person, mentally and physically. I can’t imagine not going now. The gym is always clean, staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Classes are on everyday to suit everybody. Want to give a quick shoutout to my PT Jules, who has massively helped me on my journey. You’re always happy and make our sessions fun and brutal 😂. So THANKYOU!
