One word that sums up ‘The Gym’… VIBING! The atmosphere, the members, the PT’s.. everything about this gym gives off amazing vibes! Legit the best gym to go to! All PT’s that work there are friendly and approachable. They are willing to help anyone with anything and their gym knowledge is spot on! They are happy to share their inspiring stories with members to help with goal smashing, people leave that gym buzzing and happy no matter how much their muscles are screaming at them HA! The gym is always clean and tidy and there is always plenty of equipment to use. Also this gym gets members exercising outside of the gym too! Every so often all members are invited to meet up along with the gym PT’s to go on walks, get out in the fresh air and just basically have a catch up and laugh. Not only does this gym help people physically, but without knowing it, it helps many people mentally too! What more could you want from a gym? Chantelle: body strong, mindset strong, very inspiring and always vibing!! Dan: ‘The muscular giant’ will help every client! Jules: dances between sets, goals she will always get! Dave: loves a good laugh, will help you on your fitness path. Mike: loves the gym, will always help his clients win. Ayesha: her classes are top, she will help your muscles pop! Connor: gets you working hard, burpees are always on the card! John: I don’t really see but he looks after you and me. Then there’s Lee and Sam, the managers of the gym. Sam has such a kind heart, she can defo help you with your fitness journey start! Lee is around and will always say ‘HI’ he makes his clients really try! The Gym Bolton is by far the most friendly and inclusive gym I’ve been to. All the staff are approachable and there is a good mixture of classes to meet your needs. I train with Mike who has been extremely professional and has understood when my anxiety takes over.
