We would have liked the other restaurants to have been open on Sunday.
Also, the 'Reflections' restaurant is no longer generally available - pity
Generally excellent service in every way
The accommodation was good, the service excellent, and the food good.

Good hotel in a great location for travelling around Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Good facilities and very efficient and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and very comfortable bed. A very enjoyable stay was enhanced with the surrounding choice of restaurants and bars and entertainment ie Cinema and Ten pin bowls.

Best hotel to stay in Bolton, trust me we have tried them all over the last 30 years, we have family here so we have tried them all!! Would not hesitate to recommend to you otherwise.
Great location central to a whole host of attractions. Really clean & tidy bed was a little creaky when you moved around but i think this is because it is used as seating when the football is on.

I booked this room for my husband's 65th birthday as a surprise for two nights we were very impressed the room was more like a small suite the view was amazing lots of windows to look out, bed was very comfortable , staff polite and professional, no complaints for room quality we stayed in room 340 definitely want to go back only one thing to be negative about, i ordered a bottle of wine to the cost of £18 it was cheap plonk that went down the sink, i would not recommend the wine. You can get a lovely bottle of eaglehawk chardonnay for £6 in tesco which i would be happy paying £18 in a top class hotel like this one. Appart from that we had an amazing time.

Stayed for one night to attend local function. The hotel had ample parking and staff very welcoming.

We were pleased with the room and it was spotless. This was really good value at £50 per couple per room with optional breakfast at £10 whilst booking ,or £12.50 per
person after booking.

We would not hesitate to stay here again pity they don't have other hotels in different locations

We were looking for a weekend of luxury at the Bolton Whites while visiting family close by, we usually have to sleep on a sofa bed at relatives homes but we treated ourselves to a few nights at Bolton Whites.
Friendly and welcoming reception staff dealt with us efficiently. All the public areas were very clean. The location is great, close to the motorway and lots of places to eat, drink and shop on the Middlebrook Complex.
Our room was clean and well laid out. The bathroom was great and having a bath as well as a shower was welcome. However, come bed time, we found the bed very strange, everytime one of us turned over it almost bounced the other out of bed! The room was also noisy both from the neighbours at either side and above and by banging doors on the corridor. The room was very hot, couldn't sleep with the window open due to the road noise and no Air con :(
The health club was a disappointment, the changing rooms were tired, the lockers looked like they were rotting and falling apart and the fixtures could all have done with a facelift. There were tiles missing in the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.
Breakfast was a redeeming feature of our stay, plenty of choice of food and drinks seemingly very fresh and tasty. We really appreciated the longer weekend hours giving us plenty of time to get to breakfast. The Brasserie seats could have done with a bit of a facelift and some of the staff could have perhaps forced a smile!
Overall we were expecting more of the Bolton Whites, we would consider staying again. I hope the new(ish) owners think about a revamp in the leisure club and well used public areas.

we stayed here on our wedding night it was great. We had a corner room with a panoramic view of the pitch. For my partner a bolton wanderers fan it was great and i enjoyed it too.
They left rose petals on the bed and a box of chocolates with a card which was a lovely touch. My partner dropped our bags off in the morning and they were taking to our room once it was ready so we had everything we needed when we arrived in the early hours. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Look forward to staying again.

Terrible sleep due very noisy duel carridgeway whI have also stopped us from opening windows to let cooler air in. Could not pay for room using cash without paying a further £50 deposit, I found that an inconvenience. Internal walls very thin, could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door.
