Breakfast lacking. Dinner menu rubbish. Staff amazing.
The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room and bed were fine, although the layout of the hotel rooms are not easy if you have trouble with stairs. The rooms are not on one level.
Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking, not a great deal to choose from,the croissants were rock hard. We had looked at the dinner menu on the hotel site,had chosen before going down to dinner. Once in the dining/ bar area we were given a bar menu with a few choices. Apparently the web site wasn't changed and the full menu wasn't available.

Bolton Stadium hotel
Its always a comfortable place to stay and so convenient for the football stadium. Clean spacious rooms and a good breakfast
Buffet lunch on matchday could be better.

Room was clean and comfortable
The breakfast was awful, we had to wait 10 minutes for bacon to be cooked. The bread was the cheapest thin sliced not suitable for toasting. Croissants were hard and inedible.
