Room comfortable and cosy but reception not too good.
The breakfast was really good and staff in for it were very pleasant
Could not get response from reception when in car park on three occasions despite repeated attempts. On arrival - no one in reception on arrival - 2 staff said hello but no one to book in with.

Comfy rooms
Friendly staff at the front desk Rooms came ready equipped with things I needed such as an iron and an ironing board. Rooms were really comfy with plenty of lighting options for winding down/waking up etc.
Mugs left in room weren't clean and had coffee/tea stains on them. Parking wasn't the easiest.

Very good
First time staying at Holiday Inn and was pleasantly surprised. A really nice hotel. Location to city centre was perfect - just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was good.
