Exceptional
Stayed here to attend the Pink concert. Was naturally busy just prior to check in time - but the staff were so friendly/attentive. Offering a complimentary drink while we queued to check in. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great location a short walk from the city centre, Bolton Interchange for all travel links etc and free parking onsite

Friendly, clean, and comfortable!
The room was very spacious, the shower was lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a really lovely stay!
Some parts of the hotel were somewhat outdated. The roller blind in our room was broken, so we were unable to open the blind in the morning.

Excellent hotel with 5 star facilities & service
Room & bed were extremely spacious & comfortable- wanted to bring bed home!! The staff were all really friendly & helpful
Parking only 2 disabled bays & my disabled vehicle would not go in underground parking- but thanks to friendly staff being very accommodating we were allowed to park outside

A very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others visiting Bolton. We stayed to attend a concert at the Bolton Arena (around 15-20 mins taxi ride) - the hotel was reasonably priced for the 1 night taking into consideration the free spa access and free parking. Our executive room was comfortable and the bed was nice but the overall room and bathroom is just quite standard and not what I would call ‘executive’. The spa was a great perk to the stay - again like the room, it’s not overly luxurious but it does provide a nice way relax and unwind after a long journey. The food at the main/bar restaurant was very good and so to the breakfast. The other outbuildings for the pub are a bit dated but the main bar is a nice place to hang out. All in all a pleasant stay.
