Exceptional service from being checked in to checking out, lovely helpful staff, the room was bright and clean and had a fridge, safe, iron, ironing board and hair dryer as well as plenty of plug 13 amp sockets with USB sockets, lovely shower with toiletries included, I had and evening meal in the restaurant which was really tasty and value for money and I had a really nice buffet breakfast which I prefer because you can pick and choose what you want, I travel a lot and Holiday Inn is my favourite

Hotel has benefitted from a much needed upgrade and the rooms are now really nice and modern, beds are exceptionally comfortable and ALL the staff are so friendly and welcoming, a real credit to the management team. Location is 5 minutes walk into the town centre and there is free on site parking. WiFi in my 4th floor room was slow so I ended up tethering to my phone instead. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of items, but could be further improved with more frequent refreshes of hot food rather than cooking in bulk. Overall, really pleased with our visit and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 409. Platinum Elite member in the IHG reward scheme. Had an early check-in and check-out as per benefits.
The hotel has benefitted from a much needed upgrade and the rooms are now really nice and modern, beds are exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was modern but the shower wasn't very powerful.
In room WiFi was reliable and fast.
The hotel location is 5 minutes walk into the town centre and 10 minutes from the train/bus interchange.
Breakfast was ok, but could be further improved with offering smoked salmon, poached eggs and a gluten and wheat free selection like other Holiday Inn's. Coffee weak (has to use the Lyons coffee bags from the buffet)
I'd stay again if breakfast was better.

The staff are really welcoming and helpful the rooms are really clean and their breakfast in the morning is out of this world I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends in my opinion it’s the best hotel in Bolton

Generally excellent experience. Good food, nice rooms. Most staff extremely accommodating and helpful. A couple of the bar staff were a little more interested in chatting amongst themselves meaning service git a little delayed, but only a minor niggle. A problem with a refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Lovely room very clean.
Beds,pillows and duvets very comfy had a great night's sleep .
Breakfast was very impressive, lots of variety and staff couldn't be anymore attentive.

We were greeted by great staff late night about 10.30 & gave us a very comfortable family room to stay. Following morning we enjoyed a great delicious English breakfast. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Huzefa & friendly staff in the restaurant & hotel. Made our holiday a great experience.
