A beautiful location for a place to chill and relax at leisure
The location of the hotel was fantastic and the views utterly beautiful. The room was comfortable enough as we took a standard double. The amenities around the hotel were very good and was all well laid out.
I was dissapointed with a few points. For being a higher end hotel this should really been taken better care of; * the room dressing table was cluttered and was a little harder to get ready. A side table for the coffee would have been better * The breakfast was the most disappointing. The portions were small and the food was undercooked * This lead to the following which was the staff were pleasant enough, some more than others but they were completely and utterly uninterested. They were not welcoming and we were treated no better than getting a coffee from starbucks. I chose the location and hotel because i was looking for a little luxury along the way of my trip but did not get the welcome or stay i was hoping to get.

Average and a little over priced
Poor spa ,very run down changing facilities, tiles fallen off in pool areas mold on tiles in infinity pool ,steam room smelled awful ,men using camera in pool area even though notices say no filming

Our request for ground floor honoured. We use this hotel regularly when attending family engagement
New regime of booking slots in spa didn’t think 50 minutes was quite long enough however understand how popular it is getting

Good stay but need to have extra staff on especially at breakfast.
Clean, with good facilities. Bedrooms decent enough to work in.
Appears understaffed and puts pressure on the existing staff, who I may add, were excellent

Nice grounds , not so nice rooms
The outside areas and the spa pool
The rooms are very dated , dull old fashioned and stained carpets walls etc. the wall paper is chip wood just not good compared what you pay for a room

Incredible service from start to finish. Real value for money and I was really pleased with the outcome. Rifat Rehman was great to deal with, she always reassured me that she would act in my best interest and she would not overlook matters just because the estate agents were pushing for completion even though the estate agents regularly work with ADK. She was very thorough, a big great thank you to her.

Nice, but I wouldn’t rush back.
It was friendly and in a nice location - though there did seem to be some ongoing building work. Quite built up in the immediate surroundings too.
It was very busy. Somehow, they had not received the information that one of us was disabled, and they had allocated an inappropriate room. We were just lucky they had one in an adjacent building with a lift. It was a bit tired, and the breakfast was a bit oversubscribed and unimaginative for the price.
